Scoring Together provides fundraising support to organizations with presence in the Cincinnati community that are making a difference in the lives of those who are fighting and who are impacted by cancer.
The Eric Begehr Memorial Fundraiser is a yearly event honoring the joyful magnetic spirit of our son, father, husband, and friend, who lost his life to prostate cancer January 29, 2022. Growing up in Cincinnati, Eric was a proud graduate of St. Xavier High School. He furthered his education at Ohio University where he played on their division 1 soccer team. A natural born athlete, Eric loved to learn and participate in just about any sport and coached his children in nearly every sport they played. Eric never met a stranger. Everywhere he went Eric saw a familiar face that was sure to recognize him as well. Eric loved life and wanted everyone around him to have just as much fun as he was. The Eric Begehr Memorial fundraiser celebrates love of life, the game of soccer, and charities that are making a positive impact on those affected by cancer.
